This website is provided to share information about Cypress Stumpworks's services and to let visitors request quotes. Quotes submitted through this site are estimates only and are confirmed in writing before any work is scheduled.

Quotes & Scheduling

Final pricing is confirmed based on your photos and details, or an on-site look if needed, before any work is scheduled. You're responsible for providing clear access to the work area and disclosing anything relevant nearby — sprinkler lines, low-voltage lighting, buried cables, or other obstacles — when you request your quote or before the scheduled visit.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rescheduling & Cancellation

If you need to reschedule or cancel a scheduled visit, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer.

Text Messaging

When you text Cypress Stumpworks at (813) 981-7171, or ask us to text you, you agree to receive text messages from us about your quote, scheduling, and your job. These are conversational and service messages only, never marketing.

Scope of Work

Stump grinding reduces the stump and surface roots to wood chips below grade; it does not extract the full root system the way excavation would. As with any stump grinding service, it's possible for a tree's remaining root system to send up new growth ("suckering") after grinding — this is a normal characteristic of some tree species and not a defect in the grinding work performed.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cypress Stumpworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services, beyond the value of the service provided. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
